Dr. Rain is currently not accepting new patients.

When Dr. Rain begins accepting new patients again, the link will direct you to Simple Practice, our electronic medical record provider. You will need to complete the consultation request on the Simple Practice website.

After your request is complete, Simple Practice will also help you quickly and easily create a personal account for your patient portal, which provides you with information on appointments, the ability to upload documents and fill out new patient paperwork, and messaging with Dr. Rain and our Administrative Assistant.

Once our team reviews your consultation request (usually within 1 business day), we will contact you by telephone to further understand your concerns and discuss scheduling an appointment.

On Simple Practice, you will find information regarding your upcoming appointments, billing information, documents, a link to your telehealth visit if applicable, and secure messaging with Dr. Rain.
